    SAMPLE PACKAGES
Every wedding is customized to reflect your personality and preferences. Please mix and match these packages which were designed to give you an idea of the services we have available.
Please take note of the local interest activities at the end of the samples from which you can choose to add to your special wedding. These are things that can be chosen to add to your package before or after your wedding.
I accept pay pal, money orders, and cashiers checks. No personal checks please. I will need $200 down to reserve your wedding day. ½ is due six weeks before your wedding and the remainder of the money will be due the day before the wedding. The deposits are non-refundable.

License info
Where do you get a Marriage License?
A couple that intends to be married in Texas must apply in person for a marriage license at a Texas County Clerk’s Office. The application for a license must be signed by both the bride and the groom in the presence of the County Clerk. If this is not possible, any adult or one of the applicants may apply on behalf of the absent applicant. Certain terms must be met:

1. Applications must be filled out with Social Security numbers, proof of age, and identification shown (Certified Birth Certificate or Driver’s License)
2. A filing fee of $41.00 dollars in cash will be charged (price may change)
 

 

City Permits
All Beach weddings will require a permit. The permit informs all interested parties of the wedding details, helps ensure your wedding does not restrict the use of the beach to others, and provides you with state and local beach rules and laws. For ceremonies held on beaches within the Town of South Padre Island, contact The city or call us
